OUTSIDE IS A STRONG-ROUND-SMOOTH OLD SCHOOL SHELL.

When it comes to head protection, the new Classic-V shell receives the same attention as every other helmet shell we produce. Shell made of proprietary PBcLc (Peripherally Belted, Complex Laminate construction).

HIDDEN VENTILATION PATENTED

Fresh air enters the three forehead channels that flow over the head, drawing heat away. The hot air is then expelled through a secret multistage channel and through the unique Venturi exhaust.

INTERIOR INTEGRATED VENTILATION

Arai integrated three intake channels in the forehead area, allowing fresh air to enter the helmet and flow more freely to the crown.

SECRET AIR CHANNEL

The air that flows from the intake channels into the crown escapes through three holes in the EPS liner, carrying heat with it into the buried multi-staged air channel.

VENTURI PORTS IN THE REAR

Once air enters the EPS liner's secret multi-stage air channel, it is drawn out by the low pressure created by the unique Venturi exhaust manifold.

INNER HIGH-TECH, ONE-PIECE, MULTI-DENSITY LINER.

The One-Piece, Multi-Density Liner has long been a key Arai feature. Molding all of the EPS densities into a single-piece EPS liner allows the different densities to collaborate during an impact. This enables Arai to create a thinner and softer EPS liner, resulting in a smaller overall helmet.

Our low acidic fabric helps to maintain a healthy pH level with the skin. It is also odor resistant, allowing the helmet to last longer between cleanings.

The wide, stitched faux leather trim set in a recess channel in the shell for a clean completed look adds to the "old school" style of the new Classic-V.

GOGGLE STRAP HOLDER WITH BUTTON CLOSURE

The faux stitched leather goggle strap holder completes the "old school" aesthetic while keeping your goggle straps from slipping up the helmet while riding.
